When I got home I went online to investigate what Ensure actually had in it. Then I ordered some to help me get more nutrients that I needed to be sure I would not get weak or sick. Ensure is still part of my daily nutritional intake.

And Ensure makes it so much easier to gain and maintain this weight. I just absolutely love Ensure. Plus it tastes so much better than average protein shakes you buy.

I enjoy the vanilla flavor and put it in my morning cereal along with blueberries, strawberries and bananas. You don't have to add sugar because the taste is sweet. I have gotten so used to this, when I run out of ensure my cereal tastes somewhat flat. When I go to buy ensure, and someone else is looking to buy it, I mention about putting it in my cereal and they always say "what a good idea, I'll try it". I usually drink one a day.

At 82 pounds she need all the nutrition she can get. She still eats tiny meals, and snacks, but ensure makes me feel better knowing shes getting essentials her body needs.
