Its a great filler when you're on the go. Highly recommend to people that have metabolic issues and have very restricted diets but need the nutrients.

What a difference! It soothed my nausea, gradually increased both my energy and my desire to eat simple foods. I began to use it on a small bowl of cereal followed by finishing the rest of the bottle a few hours later. In no time I began making smoothies with my Ensure adding a little peanut butter and blueberries. This was a great addition to my diet so I could keep nursing. It gives my body a feeling of being nourished. And then my 3rd child was born with a heart defect and we spent the majority of 6 months in the hospital. It was a great thing to carry with me and know I was getting the extra protein and calories I needed to carry me through a busy stressful time. Ensure was the only thing I could stomach when I didn't have an appetite. I have tried MANY brands but nothing matches the Original ENSURE!

I do not eat healthy all the time, so I can alway count on Ensure to help me when I need to lift my energy level. The bottle caps and packaging are easy for her to open herself, which was a problem with another brand of nutritional supplement. As a registered nurse, I love that it provides needed protein, vitamins and minerals.
