I usually drink one for lunch and it gives me a boost of energy for the rest of the day and also fills me up. Plus I feel like I'm getting a lot of vitiams and nuturgients that I need for the day.

For some reason, no food or drink tasted the same to me and there was nothing I found appetizing. I couldn't keep anything down. My doctors and nurses had to find a solution and find some way to nourish my body to help with my recovery. One of my nurses introduced me to Ensure. It was so delicious! It was the only nutrition I had for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Having that Ensure saved my life. I've been hooked ever since!

My mum who now has slight memory lost and is bed ridden is depending on Ensure to boost her energy and as a in between meal supplement. Shes 91 n love the taste n flavour We are relying totally on ensure to bring back her energy as she was recently discharged frm hospital and as always in the past, ensure has helped to strenghten her back .

My meals are typically frozen dinners and Ensure is a good supplement for extra nutrition. I like vanilla the best, although the other flavors are fine. I also liked butterscotch. I always purchase the 16-pack box. Out of curiosity, I've tried other brands but never liked their flavors. Ensure was always best.
