I am a picky eater and always on the run. I drink 1 to 2 a day and I feel great!!! I usually drink 2 when I have to work full time and school full time. This is a great way to stay on top of my nutrition. Love the Milk Chocolate favor!!! Will continue drinking them!

A bottle a day give me a lot of energy for whole day. I recomend it to try and feel the deference. All flavors are good and depends on personal liking.

I'm overseas working in a place where food is hard to come by and this ensure is helping me maintain my body weight, its not a substitute for food, but more like another means of nutrition! I’ve recently have been feeling anxious and not been in the mood to eat due to stress. Everything I looked at was gross and I could barley swallow anything. But seriously this drink tastes good and benefits you so much. I swear I’d wake up feeling nauseous or dizzy, but somehow this drink managed to stay in my system and give me all the vitamins and antioxidants I’ve been missing. I strongly suggest you use this.
