I've been taking ensure since I was a kid, not for weight gain at that time just for the delicious milkshake taste. Today I use ensure for some weight gain along with my three meals a day really keeps me active and feeling healthy!

He is now 83 years old and his appetite is not what it use to be. The one thing that he has consistently enjoyed is the Ensure drinks. I needed something that was full of nutrients being that a lot of time he did not feel much like eating breakfast. It was also a great substitute for an evening snack. I have used it with fruits and vegetables when making smoothies. He will readily drink these drinks rather than eat a meal. Ensure has 'ensured' that he is getting the right nutrition even when not eating.
