[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ensure is a main part of my diet. I drink 2 -3 bottles per day. I often put it in the freezer to thicken it and give it more of an "ice cream" consistency. There is no after-taste and I look forward to my drinks!

It makes me fill full and satisfied. some time it is to hard to find all of the flavors at the store that at. It cost a bit high, so therefore I can't buy what I want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was introduced to Ensure while a patient in the hospital; I loved it! That was many years ago and today I continue to drink Ensure near daily. It is my breakfast when I'm running late and there is no time to fix a full breakfast. It is also my first choice for a snack or even before bed if my stomach is growling. It is also my best weapon to battle waistband expansion since it allows me to skip an occasional meal while providing all needed nourishment. The original vanilla is still my favorite flavor and I expect to continue using Ensure for my next 75 years.

My mother would like here almost like a slushy. Its like a drink you can savor and take your time with. Now that they are in bottle form, it's more convenient. Since drinking them they have been in better spirits and healthier than before. They love it cold because they say it taste like a milkshake, and who doesn't like healthy milkshakes.

I had been eating my vegetables, fruit and proteins as I have always done including taking my vitamins, but he felt I needed more help. He proceeded to hand me a six pack of Ensure from his office and told me to drink one per day and that it would help me to feel better. To me that was a tall order for a little bottle to accomplish, but within three days I felt the difference in my energy level. What a great product and I am still using it to this day.

My 90 year old mother drinks at least 2 or 3 of these a day and loves them. She likes all flavors but prefers the coffee, strawberry and butter pecan. She puts them in the refrigerator and they get cold and taste like a milk shake. I would highly recommend them for someone who cannot handle solid foods.

When I'm not feeling quite up to par I drink it every day until I'm feeling better. I am over 70 and there are times I can't eat exactly as I'd like too, so the Ensure supplement is the best and tastiest option for me.
