I have kept drinking it since then every night! Suggested this product to my friends! If they gave it to me in the hospital, it has to be GOOD for me, so I am continuing it! I drink a bottle 3 times a day once after a light breakfast, at lunch especially if I have a lot of errand to run and don't have time to eat and a third one with my dinner. I recently had oral surgery and the ensure was a blessing to have on hand. Sometimes when I need a little extra I drink the ensure plus. I am very active so I need everything it gives my body.my overall feeling is more energy .I have been drinking it now for 2 years.

However, I was pleasantly surprised at the taste and , in fact, now I love it. It's awesome that something that tastes so good, is also so good for you. I drink Ensure plain and also make smoothies with it ; sometimes I mix two flavors (dark chocolate with vanilla or strawberry, for variety). I'm not a fan of swallowing pills, and love drinking my vitamins and protein in Ensure!
