I enjoy the vanilla flavor and put it in my morning cereal along with blueberries, strawberries and bananas. You don't have to add sugar because the taste is sweet. I have gotten so used to this, when I run out of ensure my cereal tastes somewhat flat. When I go to buy ensure, and someone else is looking to buy it, I mention about putting it in my cereal and they always say "what a good idea, I'll try it". I usually drink one a day.

Now, two months later, I feel much more energetic and have a renewed interest in doing those things which I had always enjoyed. It was recommended to me after I had surgery & needed to increase my protein intake. Vanilla & strawberry are delicious as well, but chocolate is my favorite. I highly recommend this product!

Know this is healthy for me, and will not increase my weight. I make sure it is always chilled, which makes it perfect to drink during hot summer days. Very tasty anytime.

I rely on Ensure to stay healthy as I'm in long-term recovery. I am having a terrible time finding any Ensure that doesn't taste and/or smell sour. Even if I drink it, I am unwell afterwards. I have also tried the Vanilla, which I don't like much, but it doesn't taste right either. I don't know if the ingredients or the storage or the measurements for the ingredients have changed, but I'm very disappointed.
