my dr recommend these for me to try. they’re not bad at all but it definitely threw me off the first sip because it tastes like a coffee milkshake or something, maybe with vanilla flavoring but def don’t get too much vanilla it’s more coffee flavored to me. it tastes really good when i think coffee flavor tho

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from chronic nausea issues for the last 10 years .When I first became ill I lost almost 20 lbs in 10 day because I couldn't keep solid food down at all, I could only drink liquids . I could feel how weak I was getting, I had to get nutrition in me so we tried Ensure and some baby food. I was able to hold that down most of the time and that slowed the weight lost greatly. I started to feel stronger after a few days of it ,I was drink 4 bottle a day. It's been my go to for the last decade when my nausea is bad and I just can't eat solid foods .I keep a mix of vanilla and chocolate on hand. The chocolate is kind of a desert replacement in the evenings just to get a change of pace in flavors .Can't say enough how this has helped me over the years.

I had been eating my vegetables, fruit and proteins as I have always done including taking my vitamins, but he felt I needed more help. He proceeded to hand me a six pack of Ensure from his office and told me to drink one per day and that it would help me to feel better. To me that was a tall order for a little bottle to accomplish, but within three days I felt the difference in my energy level. What a great product and I am still using it to this day.

I'm not able to digest food the way your suppose to. I drink two Ensures a day along with a soft dinner and when I get my blood work done, my health numbers always come back good. I truly believe that Ensure keeps me healthy! Try mixing Vanilla & chocolate together with some chipped ice. Taste great! I like to keep some of all the flavors on hand so I don't get burned out, but I like butter pecan the best. When I don't drink my Ensure everyday, I lose weight and my teeth and clothes don't fit.
