[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My in-laws drink ensure, him three a day, her two a day. Their favorite is milk chocolate, but the dark chocolate and vanilla are really close. Since drinking them they have been in better spirits and healthier than before. They love it cold because they say it taste like a milkshake, and who doesn't like healthy milkshakes.

I see a huge difference since I started Ensure. I spend well over 150.00 a month on Ensure and would not buy any other brand. It provides all the nutritional needs to supplement her daily diet. I drank Ensure dark chocolate protein shake a few days ago and became immediately sick. I had drank it before with some effect but this took the cake. I was at work and after drinking this ensure product, my face/chest became red, my abdomen growled loudly, then terrible gassy diarrhea and nausea. I thought I'd have to call 911. I felt like I was going to throw up all over my car, but thankfully didn't. I left work and sat on my porch for awhile. I felt better with each passing hour. I believe I had expelled the product immediately after drinking it - due to the extreme diarrhea. I am very traumatized by this and will never drink it again!

It tastes great an contains all of the essential nutrients I need. It's actually a very soothing drink that I look forward to each morning. NOT filling but, satisfies my appetite until lunch. Great!
