It is a great supplement and has all the vitiams I need and a much easier way to get them . I have recommend this to all my friends and family. I think vanilla is my favorite.

I drink a bottle 3 times a day once after a light breakfast, at lunch especially if I have a lot of errand to run and don't have time to eat and a third one with my dinner. I recently had oral surgery and the ensure was a blessing to have on hand. Sometimes when I need a little extra I drink the ensure plus.
