I have chronic constipation (IBS) and these little pills are like magic. The only thing I’d be prepared to sit on the toilet for a while. It flows out like lava. It also causes a little bit of stomach discomfort but that’s because your waste is breaking down.

I have used the generics of this product in the past and hoped the name brand would work better for me. I took this product at midnight the prior night and did not pass my bowel movement until 20 hours later. In the 3 hours prior to passing my stool, I struggled with severe cramps in my abdomen and gas. When relief came, the movements took place over a miserable 3 hour period. The bottom line is that Ducolax tablets made me go, but it took longer than I anticipated and was uncomfortable for me personally. This product works, but it is not for everyone.
