Hello everyone, I was quite nervous reading reviews from one spectrum to the other and thought I'd share mine. While at work yesterday, I drank 3 full glasses of water and then 2 more after I got home in preparation with the assumption I may/may not be dehydrated. My mom recommended these to me and I saw the issues everyone had taking multiple so I only took 1. I took it about 8-9pm that night along with about a half bottle of Bodyarmor. I also bought some of those ginger honey candies for upset tummy just in case. I ate one. Fast forward about 5a.m. in the morning I felt pretty much nothing, but figured I was not going to take any more on top of 1. About 6:30 a.m. I finally had very mild cramping (barely there) and went to the bathroom. I have only went once after that and have no cramping at all. I'm at work and have yet to go a third time. My experience was great, felt barely anything and it may have been to drinking water/bodyarmor ahead of time. I also see the package says to avoid dairy an hour prior, but I chose not to have any that day. Hope this helps someone!

Dont take too much of these, they will cause shaking, nausea, cold sweats, and bad cramps. These things are rly strong. I used to be addicted because I kept wanting to lose weight. But i learned it the hard way, I took 3 and it made me feel horrific, I wanted to faint but I held back. Got out of the bathroom, went straight to a bed and laid down for 30min.
