I have chronic constipation (IBS) and these little pills are like magic. The only thing I’d be prepared to sit on the toilet for a while. It flows out like lava. It also causes a little bit of stomach discomfort but that’s because your waste is breaking down.

I was buying the chewables , but got where the taste wasn't good to me. Probably cause I know what they are for so I changed to this kind to use. I get constipated at times so what a relief it is to be able to wake up and go to the bathroom and feel better. Take 1 to 3 with a glass of water. That's easy to do. If you need help to go to the bathroom Dulcolax is the best.

It’s not super fast acting, but you also don’t deal with side effects. The only other issue is this might not be as effective for really stubborn constipation, if there is an underlying issue.

although MoM always worked for me, i didn't like the taste, so i switched to ducolax one time. it was the worst mistake i ever made. the cramping was so severe that i made me double over. somehow the violent spasm also caused intestinal bleeding. beware of this product and its side effects. i've learned my lesson.

If you're sensitive to pills like this I would say take only one to two three is way too much. To me one is fine it will take the whole 12 hours if your stomach is not sensitive. My stomach is not sensitive and I took two and it worked a lot faster, like the 6 hours. But if you want to work faster and you take more you probably will get some form of cramps. I'd recommend and buy this to people who need this type of product. Packaging is easy enough to open. If you what to know the ingredients, I took a picture of the back of the packaging. I LOVE this product. That being said theres some caution I now live by. I learned this after crapping my pants. I always take this on a weekend when I can be near a bathroom. I am a mh clinician and cant easily get to the bathroom. I was particularly backed up due to having gluten. (I have celiac.) I thought the pill wasnt working. Nope, just had too much for it to work through. This pill will always work for me. I don't mind a midnight wakeup call. But I now call out if it hasn't kicked in yet.

Purchased this (the name brand) at a Walmart Market yesterday. It was 75 Cent more than the Walmart brand but when it goes to my health I prefer the best. I take klonopin for sleep and anxiety problems but after years of using it its slowing down my bowl movement and I have to strain every morning and even have hemorrhoids from it. It takes me 2 hours to get relief with coffee helping me. Ive tried magnesium citrate that helped with sleep but didn't help in the bathroom. I have tried miralax, metamucil with no help. THE FIRST DOSE of this worked like it should. I took it before bed and didn't wake up and have to run to the bathroom, I had a cup a coffee and used the bathroom (Controlled) no diarrhea and this worked great and gave me relief. I know you can't take this for an extended amount of time but for now it is working and this product caused no cramps or stomach problems at 5mgs.

It is NOT gentle on your stomach. I took as directed and my stomach wouldn't stop hurting. I dont mean mild cramps from gas, I mean it kept me up all night, thought I genuinely should go to the ER because it was that painful. I threw the rest of the 8pack out. Constipation sucks and can be painful, but this was just as bad, if not worse. I did have a BM 10 hrs later, so it does its job, but its not gentle.
