You will get relief for sure, say goodbye impacted bowls. However, after the 12 hours you get the worst bellyache ever, literally brings you to the bathroom. I wouldn’t say this is a gentle product, it does a great job cleaning you inside yet it’s quite painful. But hey if this is the price I have to pay for easy predictable relief then so be it. I took two pills at 6pm and started getting results at 4am, it all ended at about 9am.

They are small and easy to swallow pills with no gross aftertaste. Ducolax can create some cramping and bloating because of the active ingredient Bisacodyl.

Had a tonsilectomy on 19th. Meds I'm on (codeine) makes you suffer with constipation. So I haven't passed anything in over 8 days. I've tried fibre pills...coffee (normally makes me poo). So decided to try these. I took 1 last night...morning came and nothing. Took another 2 this morning around 9am ..its 6pm and still nothing.
