However, I do recommended taking more than one tablet if the situation is severe. I took 1 tablet each night 2 days in a row and ultimately had to resort to something stronger. Yet, when the situation wasn’t as dire, I took one and had success with no noticeable side effects. Only gets one star because this product contains DYES, PARABENS AAAND PHTHALATES!! I dumped in the trash immediately after reading.

There are often times where I’m having difficulty using the restroom and have had to use these but thankfully it works and it works quickly. They’re affordable, have a good amount of tablets for the price and come in discreet packaging.

I didn’t like anything! I took ONE. ONE TABLET before I went to bed at 9:30 PM. I was excepting a gentle release, but no here I am at 5:30 in the morning in excruciating pain rocking on the toilet and crying because these things are no joke! The pain it’s giving me it’s freaking incredible! Just when I thought the tablet didn’t work, here I am now WISHING it didn’t work. 0/5 I would NEVER do this again. I’d rather be constipated.

It comes in a small pill with a low dosage that is taken for nighttime to help relieve constipation. It comes in different quantities and very good to have handy in case you have irregular bowel movements. It gently stimulates the intestines, which softhens your stool for the morning. I would say this helped me regulate my bowel movements so that my body adjusted to having a bowel movement in the morning.

I never had a problem with dulcolax it was the best thing to use for me but this time I have had the worst cramping in my abdomen for about 7 hours now and I haven’t been able to stop using the bathroom. I can’t sleep because the stomach pain is keeping me up.

After traveling for two weeks I was severely backed up and was going on almost a week of no BMs. I took two pills around 2:00pm and by the six hour mark something definitely started happening, but not in the way I hoped. I got really bad stomach cramps and still couldn't seem to go. The pain subsided and I went to bed and then around 12:30am the cramps were back. It hurt so bad I started to feel faint and almost threw up. Eventually went back to bed and FINALLY around 8:00am the next morning everything came out and HALLELUJAH I was a new human. Long story short, this product may take longer than the 6-12 hour period and it may cause a lot of discomfort, but it's worth it in the end.
