[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every once in a while a good laxative is good to take. I recommend taking dulcolax. It's effective, follow directions and it helps. it comes in a nice small package, worth the buy and easy to dispose.

The dosage says 1-3 and that this product was good for sensitive stomachs. I took 2 thinking I’d be okay, but definitely start with 1 to see how your body reacts to it. 2 was way too much for my body to handle as I had severe diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea and my body temp soared at points. It worked within an hour though, but a stimulant laxative just might be to harsh for me personally. Just start with 1 is all I can suggest!
