If you take them, make sure you’ll be close to a bathroom for a day or so. But if you have issues with constipation, this is an affordable and effective option.

I understand the purpose is to make your intestines contract to push the poop out but it didn’t really feel too gentle. On a scale of 1-5 with 1 being gentle and 5 as moderate, it’s like a 2.5. I took 1 pill at 9:45 before bed and it only took 5 hours to feel the effects. I don’t recommend doing this is you have plans the next day since I wasn’t able to get any sleep. And don’t do this during the day because it’s gonna tire you out and you’ll be stuck to the toilet. I was stuck for 3 hours and tried to go to bed but still had to go back because the cramps weren’t done. I still don’t think it’s done because I can hear my intestines moving and a little bit of rumbling. It’s 9:57 am LOL. Anyways, the contractions did make me feel warm, weak, and faint. It did do the job though so desperate times call for desperate measures. I’d probably only use this again as a last resort. Also based off the other comments, please only use 1 pill if you haven’t used this medicine before!! This drug works differently for everyone but it’s better to be safe than sorry!! Because other reviews said they took 2 and felt the worst cramps they felt, vomited, and felt like they were about to faint so be careful! Take care!!

Make sure you follow directions and drink a full glass of water with each dose. Also pay attention to dose quantities. The adult dose is 2-4 chews. Relief is general in that this is a laxative that draws water into the intestines to help move stool through you, so it is important to drink when taking this. No cramping or discomfort too!
