I feel like these work best when taking them in the late afternoon. These are alot more gentle than the other ones. The tablets are small and not difficult to swallow. The packaging is safe because all tablets come independently sealed.

I can give these to my children if they ever have issues and I know that it will work and they will get relief overnight. It’s usually 6-12 hours however it can be slightly more or less depending on the actual person and their habits etc. you should not take this within an hour of any antacids or milk. Just take with a glass of water and wait! Not for use under 6 years old and if you don’t like the pills then I suggest miralax powder and mix in any drink that’s not carbonated. Hey yall! So let me start off by saying that this product is NOT meant for everyone. My story: Almost 2 years ago my aunt introduced me to this product as I was constipated, she told me that it worked marvelous sooo I got hyped and took it because I really wanted to take a s*** so bad! Anywho the next morning I go to work and Bam! There I was taking more than 5 bathroom breaks. It hurt like crazy, I had a burning sensation on my back, I was sweating bricks, my stomach was the worst pain can't describe that's how bad. Anyway, the result was good. I felt 10 pounds lighter. Will I suggest this product? Well i did even when i felt i almost died, matter fact, the person i suggedted it is in the toilet in pain as we speak. But she will feel better tomorrow. Follow the instructions on the package, taking a dose before bed, and wake up ready to release. There is a little abdominal cramping, but I noticed less of this when thoroughly hydrated.

I have ibs-c and I tried the suppositories once and the thought of sticking something up my backside wasn't for me so I found these yesterday after reading reviews. After being backed up for about a week I almost took two but I only took one last night around 9pm, it woke me up at 4am with some cramping and figured that was it working, so went to the restroom with a little bm, I was disappointed at first and was able to go back to sleep until 630 and then the magic worked with one pill! I feel so much better and though the cramps were uncomfortable I will use again.
