I would recommend take maybe early at night to make sure you can use the bathroom next day in the morning, also drink plenty of water.

I have had constipation for over 3 years. I take 2 dulcolax tablets every 5 days and I go overnight but I go about 12-15 times and can't leave the house. Is this a normal thing. Sometimes there just seems to be nothing that con be done while on vacation or in an unfamiliar place where routine is broken. With this product there is a gentle urge to use the restroom after around 8-10 hrs. An invaluable tool when comfort is a priority.
