This brand and type is very gentle and won't make you cramp like some other alternatives out there. Highly effective ingredients and works rather quickly. I recommend drinking plenty of water with it and afterward to further aid in digestion and timeliness of ingredients to do their job. I recommend and trust this brand. It's the only one I reach for when I need a little help in that department.

I like the tablets are not too strong they are 5mg and perfect for overnight or relief in 6-12 hours. You can take 3 tablets per day if needed. These are great for constipation and are effective.

Finally worked in the am but it gave a stomach ache throughout the day. Pils are small and go down easy. Not a fan of how it works though.

Okay I am a 17 year old and I've always have had trouble with my stoumach due to my incompetent peancreas ,my grandpa was having a colonoscopy and was recomended this product he thought somehow this would help me,anyways I took only one pill the first time, I was up until 5 am on the toilet throwing up and doing what the product is ment for, even the next day I was facing its wrath , but I do have to admit it worked very well which is why I gave this product two star, I still do buy from this company just the pink it's more gentle and just as effective !
