I have always been a little afraid of taking them because of the side effects, but I was surprised! It was easy to take, since my pill is small, without any bad taste, and after a few hours I had to "go to the bathroom", without pain, without causing constipation, in an easy and simple way... but it does not create addiction by always taking it, yes in certain cases. It was really effective, the perfect packaging, small and very easy to transport, good ingredients and it provides the benefits we are looking for.

I’m not sure if it’s suppose to help with gas relieve but she was finally able to pass a bowel movement . Helped with the constipation discomfort. All in all pretty good product. This is a night laxative that stimulates defecation, speeds up the passage of stool and facilitates evacuation within 6-12 hours. I especially use the children's toffee, it really helps. But I do not recommend drinking it on a regular basis!

It was very to the point it did need to do regarding some constipation that I was having. I stuck to a single and I drink with a glass of water and it was a simply easy use. I’m just gonna give it a three star rating because it did a good job.

My OBGYN has recommended them to me after every pregnancy to help things move along without straining. They are tiny and very easy to swallow. In the morning I started to feel so much better after passing a nice soft stool. I no longer had to strain myself, or use my finger to get the stool out. Overall, I am very happy for the way this product worked. I have infrequent constipation, but whenever I do from now on, I know I can trust that this will work.
