They are definitely “gentle”. I did have some uncomfortable bloating while the pill was taking effect but it went away. They are easy to swallow and very small in size.

I always keep this product stocked in my medicine cabinet because I take a few medication on a daily base. The medicine I currently take makes it very hard for me to have a normal bowel movement.  But taking one of these tablets before bedtime make it very comfortable and easy to go like you. I should go without cramping.

This product is great because it does what it says it will!! I use this before bed if I know that I'm going to be constipated and the next day things get back to normal.  Sometimes I get cramping with it but I think that's normal anytime you are very constipated.
