I brought this with me on a recent overseas trip because long haul flights and time zone changes always mess up my regularity. I took one dose in the evening after a few days of travel and it worked by the next morning as promised. Nothing else to say except that I’m definitely bringing this with me on my next vacation!

These are also super effective without some of the side effects at I’ve experienced with other softeners (like painful cramping). Overall these are a good option for when they’re most needed. I have been in the hospital for 5 days on meds that severely constipated me. They gave me two of these tablets and a couple hours later my stomach started rumbling. I was on the toilet for twenty or so minutes pooping my brains out. It was wonderful for my body but a horrible experience for me. All of it at once was not was I was expecting which sent me into a horrible panic attack. It did the job though!!! It’s not their fault diarrhea/cramps trigger my panic attacks.

the product works as advertised, it doesn't necessarily always work overnight like they say but eventually it does work. I suppose everyone is different on how fast it will work on them. but it's the best thing on the market that I know of and that's why I use it.

When constipated, I use Dulcolax. Usually I will take two or three tablets at bedtime with a glass of water. The next morning, while getting ready for the day, I'll usually have a few sudden urges to move my bowels. Throughout the day, I will have a few mild cramps and several more bowel movements. It's nice to have a comfortable place to carry on your private moments.

Hey yall! So let me start off by saying that this product is NOT meant for everyone. My story: Almost 2 years ago my aunt introduced me to this product as I was constipated, she told me that it worked marvelous sooo I got hyped and took it because I really wanted to take a s*** so bad! Anywho the next morning I go to work and Bam! There I was taking more than 5 bathroom breaks. It hurt like crazy, I had a burning sensation on my back, I was sweating bricks, my stomach was the worst pain can't describe that's how bad. Anyway, the result was good. I felt 10 pounds lighter. Will I suggest this product? Well i did even when i felt i almost died, matter fact, the person i suggedted it is in the toilet in pain as we speak. But she will feel better tomorrow.
