Very large crystals, heavy masses taste. turns very liquid while baking, not good for cookies at all, had to double baking time on bars I made. Will not order again. Very disappointed in the quality oft this item.

I was complaining my mom that the tea smells like she washed shrimp in them. Guess what, she said its the sugar. I am disappointed at the smells of the product when used. I have nothing else to complain about.

This has got a different flavor then my past brown sugar purchases from the local grocery store but it is good ~ I don't like that it clumps up so much though.

What have you done to this brown sugar? In the past it was great. I bought some today and it is VERY VERY STRONG molasses taste. Overpowering molasses flavor. Yuk. Very disappointing. Please go back to your old recipe.

Finally I can have brown sugar in bulk! Sometimes I find it’s a little hard but there are remedies for that! lay a moist paper towel on top, and microwave it for 20 seconds.. I also love how it has a seal!

I use this product for baking it's a pretty good product the only thing is with the change in temperature it does make this product tend to get hard. The cashier Ben was very fast and efficient.

I have a container that I have used for a few years to keep my brown sugar in and have always gotten the C&H or store brands (including the Walmart brand) and they have always kept for long periods of time without getting hard (I use the trick of putting a piece of bread in with it) so when I saw this 5 lb bag at Sam's Club I was happy to buy but after keeping it in the same container and in the same way that I have always kept brown sugar in THIS brand turned rock hard, completely solid in the bottom of the container and I had to fill the container with water, wasting all the brown sugar that was in it. Very disappointed in this brand and will go back to buying the brands I used before :(

If I wanted molasses, I would have purchased molasses. Memeber's Mark Light Brown Sugar ingredients: cane sugar, cane molasses. C&H Golden Brown Sugar ingredients: brown sugar. I purchased this cheerfully the first time I needed it after they switched from C&H. I was immediately disappointed when I opened the bag, it was obvious that this was sugar colored with molasses before I even read the ingredients list. It makes a huge difference in taste, texture, quality, everything. I used to be confident in every Sam's Club store label item they carried. Not anymore. I now purchase my brown sugar at the main comptetion.

I made cookies with this "brown sugar" and I swear to you I taste sweetner (something artificial). I also got a headache from eating about 3 cookies. I get this classic headache after eating anything with aspartame in it, which is why I don't eat any products with aspartame in them. I will be taking this back to the store.

I bought this not realizing it wasn’t C&H. Went to cook with it still not realizing it wasn’t C&H. The smell was weird so I tasted it. Yuck molasses taste! I looked at the bag, low and behold it wasn’t C&H. I will not be buying this for my business it was terrible. Sams Club you are loosing more and more of my business with your substandard products.
