What's not to love? It's non-GMO, resealable, good quality, and affordable for the amount. The only thing better would be if it were organic, too. If you don't use a lot of brown sugar you can always vacuum seal in a mylar bag or store some in canning jars with lids and rings in a cool, dim location free of bugs and damp. Will last years. Chef's kiss in baked goods.

I purchased this brown sugar to make loads of chocolate chip cookies for holiday gifts for neighbors and coworkers. I made multiple batches, and all the batches tasted fine, but the sugar baked crystalized in a weird way that gave the cookies a weird texture. As I was baking the cookies I used the remainder of and old bag from a different brand, and that batch DID NOT have the weird texture.

Brown sugar is good, but I can’t reseal the bag. Does anyone else have this problem?

My most recent bags are far lighter than they used to be. I know it's going to affect the flavor of my baked goods. Please don't mess with quality Sam's!

Good price, but "grainy" and hard to get to a smooth consistency, even whipping it with butter. Large bag should last quite some time, stored well-sealed.

I’ve bought this for a few years now and I hope Sam’s never gets rid of this product! Great quality light brown sugar at a low price, what more can you ask for.

Brown sugar is ok but haven’t been able to close the bag securely after using it and it gets worse the more you open and close it. Maybe we have a defective bag and after several uses and tries, I just put it on a freezer ziplock bag.

I will never buy MM brown sugar again. Its ruining my candied desserts because the sugar crystals are too big and not breaking down. I will be throwing it away. I usually trust the MM brand but this was bad. Waste of money
