Junk soft mess. Like the. Nuts were not enrobed with properly coked candy.

I bake a lot and buying this large bag of brown sugar is economical. It's a great product.

This is hands-down the best tasting, softest brown sugar I have ever purchased. I live by myself so it lasts a long time and never gets hard. I won’t buy any other brand!

I bought this brown sugar for the holidays and I usually do not use a different brand than I am use too. This time I decided to use Members Mark because other products I have tried work amazing or tastes great. The sugar is a nice brown color not to dark or light perfect for a brown sugar. The flavor was great. I tasted it and it was very flavorful and soft. It was very easy to pack. Once cooked my baked items tasted great and I will definitely use again.

Sam's is starting to get rid of all of the name brands only to replace them with Member's Mark which is cheaper but in no way better. I use a lot of brown sugar in my business.. This brown sugar is horrible. It is nothing near the quality of C & H. The Member's Mark brown sugar clumps into a hard rock almost immediately. This renders it unusable for baking. I would rather pay more for quality. Bring back the C & H!

The only thing I don't like is how large the "grains" are. It doesn't break down like it should in recipes. It makes baked items feel gritty or grainy. My friends thought I put nuts in my chocolate chip cookies! Yikes! The only change was this brown sugar. Please bring back the brand name option!

I've been using this brown sugar for a long time and have no complaints and I like buying the larger bags. However I wish they would do something different on the zip closure, its nothing but a nuisance. First off its on the side of the bag, which gives a pocket that makes it more difficult to get out of the bag. Second... the zipper closure is useless, you fill up the ridges with the product pouring it out and unless you want to spend 30 minutes cleaning them out, will not zip close. This is such a simple fix.. put it at the top. I took one star away because of this.

Every time I purchase this product, it turns hard and clumpy within a week. I leave it in its own bag, which upon inspection, has tiny holes all over it from the product penetrating the plastic bag. The brown sugar has good taste, but poor packaging. I have even waited between visits to purchase this product thinking it will be improved. However, Sam's Club has made no effort to improve the packaging. I will not be purchasing brown sugar from Sam's Club again. #qualityassurance #customerservice #voiceofthecustomer

We've been buying this from Sam's Club for many years and the product is fine. However, the "zip-pak" closure has never worked well. It's not just my inability, every family member has had difficulty with getting it fully re-sealed. To make matters worse, the seam on the back of our recently purchased bag opened up spilling contents all over the counter.

Once again we're back to Sam's forcing us into Member's Mark items and losing the brand names which made the membership worthwhile. This products tends to be very grainy and while it may not reach the level of "dark" brown sugar, it skew more towards that than light.
