Product perfectly fine, but I swear, whoever decided to invent and also use these “zip-close bag, but zipper is at an inconvenient location not at the top” needs to re evaluate their career choices. With stuff that clumps up like brown sugar, it makes it so that product gets stuck in the upper corners. It also is just a terrible zipper that works poorly. Glad to buy this product. Just find a better solution, please

What happened to the brown sugar, my last bag was nothing like it used to be. It is very pale with hardly any aroma. I have been buying brown sugar at Sam’s for years, when I would open the bag it reminded me of my grandmother’s kitchen, it had a really rich aroma and was a richer brown color. Please fix it!
