I run a bakery out of my home and when I have a large amount of orders and don't feel like making my own brown sugar this works out well. It is soft and has good flavor.

I love this brown sugar! I wish they carried the dark brown sugar in this size as well! I used this in my white cake recipe instead of regular sugar and oh man it was a game changer!! You must try it!

I thought this sugar was sealed but it wasn’t! It got ants inside the UNOPENED bag! Now 7 lbs of brown sugar is ruined and no longer usable! There is no excuse for such subpar packaging!
