[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could not be happier with this amazing blender! The Ninja Professional Plus Blender DUO with Auto-iQ lives up to it's name. It is POWERFUL, cutting right through everything I throw at it, specifically anything frozen. The 1st thing I made was a very thick sorbet utilizing the IQ feature in the very large 72 ounce pitcher. The ease of use was phenomenal. I just stood there and watched the magic happen. No more repositioning chucks of frozen fruit over and over again in frustration. The 3 tiers of blades blended smoothly the entire bag of rock hard chunks in no time flat.  The 2 included 24 ounce single serve cups are great for individual servings at home or on the go with simple easy clean up. They did just as great a job of cutting through frozen fruit and ice as the pitcher did. I was actually more amazed by these single serve cups that I thought I'd be and will be using them often if not daily. Simply remove the extractor blade assembly after you have blended up your yummy cup of goodness and replace with the spout lid before heading out or drinking on the spot. The Ninja blender will not work until the lid is locked in place. I find this feature to be practical from not only a standpoint of safety but it also helps to lock in freshness if I need to store my creations in the fridge for a period of time. Additionally, the locking lid makes it extremely secure to pour from the pour spout into everyone's cup or bowl with precision.  The ice crusher feature is awesome! I stand amazed. Margaritas or fruit slushies are ready in a snap. There is an included quick start guide which has given me some fantastic ideas for savory recipes which admittedly is something I had not previously thought of. There are some delicious fruit and veggie drink combinations I am eager to try as well.  This amazing blender is stylish if you want to leave it out on your countertop and show it off. It stands 17.5 inches tall with the pitcher and lid attached. Additionally it easily fits in my lazy susan corner cabinet. There is a cord wrap on the back of the motor base, which handily keeps the cord tucked away.  My only regret is not getting this Ninja blender sooner. It is my new favorite kitchen appliance bar none!

The blending is great. But... After about 4 months, the spout quit sealing so I have to hold it down while it blends. After about 7 months, the blender lid quit locking, it won't blend if not locked, so I have to hold that down as well to blend. I like the product but don't want to babysit it when using it.

We have been using the small Ninja with the motor you place on top of the pitcher for several years. I saw this on sale and decided to try it. Our daughter takes a smoothie to school everyday, so we thought this would be convenient. I wish I had bought this years ago! It blends, froths, extracts, crushes, and is extremely powerful. Do not hesitate to buy this!

So in love with this ninja blender ,use it everyday for smoothies and grandkids got a kick out of crushed ice..made our own slushies..may gift one for my daughter...dreaming of Pina coladas, etc..the cups make great iced coffee too...saving so much money making my own stuff at home...yes it's loud but worth it! Get it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja blender works great. We have made sauce for tamales with it as well as made smoothies and a few other sauces. The blender washes really easily and comes apart so that it is easy to wash. the three blades in the blender from the bottom to the top helps get everything blended nicely with out having to stop and mix it up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Professional Plus Blender DUO with Auto-iQ is an immensely powerful blender. The front two feet of the blender are suction cups, so the blender has stability and does not shake itself right off the counter. This blender is powerful, which means it is loud. Usually, the blenders I have used start to smell like the motor is going to blow at any moment, but I do not get that with this blender. The two included 24 oz. single-serve cups are a bit too large in circumference for them to be good for on the go in my opinion but they are great for making smaller batches of beverages. There are measurement lines on both the pitcher and cups which are excellent for easy and precise measurements. Cleaning is easy, as the blades, containers and lids are all dishwasher safe, you can also hand wash them. The blades are very sharp, so be extra careful when handling and cleaning them. The quick start guide come with fifteen recipes, most of which I did not have all the required ingredients, but I like that it included sauce, soup (note: no hot blending in this blender) and mousse recipes as well as beverage recipes. I am excited to get more ingredients to try a variety of different recipes using this blender. I love to make smoothies for my family and this blender makes them perfectly. I use juice and frozen fruits to make mine and they come out smooth every time, absolutely no chunks using the ‘Smoothie’ setting. It is interesting to watch it blend using Auto-iQ. It blends, stops, blends, stops, blends, and keeps going until all the ingredients are perfectly blended. There are also manual settings that you can use to control the blender. You can use short or long presses to control them. I am very happy with this blender and would recommend it.

I love the way the ninja brand blenders are well made, easy to clean/take apart, and they blend better than any blender I’ve used in the past. This blender even has single blending/serving cups I can take on the go. It’s auto IQ sensing feature is super cool. I can press a button and it does the work for me! If you are looking for an awesome quality blender that lasts and actually blends easily, this is blender is the one!

This blender makes the smoothest drinks you'll ever drink! Our old Black and Decker blender used to leave strawberry chunks behind; no more with this Ninja blender. I think the drinks are way more flavorful because of this. I highly recommend this blender!

The blade assembly for the smaller smoothie maker is very brittle and easily broken. Within the first week of owning this blender I dropped the blade for the smaller smoothie maker smashing it. As this is not covered under warranty I looked to buy one as this is the main reason for buying this blender. You can get the replacement for around 45$
