My Ninja set comes with a big blender, a food processor, a single serve smoothie blender and a smoothie cup. The motor is powerful but there's a smoke like smell come out when the motor runs for more than 15-20 seconds. It would be better if the food processor blade is designed better, right now if I don't put a lot of food in there it will stay on the bottom and never get processed.

The machine is user friendly, and uncomplicated to operate. The blender has a sturdy base with suction cups that keep it securely on the countertop. The container is a perfect size for a large family. The lid is tight. There are large visible measurement lines on both the pitcher and cups, which are great for easy and precise measurements. It is simple to pour. The machine has a strong motor, and is powerful with 1400 peak watts. It does a great job of crushing ice, chopping & pulverizing hard and fibrous vegetables, as well as frozen fruit. My family has had a wonderful time utilizing this versatile blender to make milkshakes, blend smoothies & frappes, and mix purées that always have a clear, smooth and consistent texture. We love the single-serve cups with spout lids, which enable us to quickly and effortlessly blend up a personal size drink that we can grab and go. A quick start guide is included, which welcomely provides a bunch of recipes. I appreciate that I have the option to control the machine manually, or too select one of three preset Auto-iQ programs, which allow me to leave the blender for a few seconds without supervision. The machine with removable blades is easy to clean, and dishwasher safe. In conclusion, the blender more than meets my needs. It efficiently facilitates food preparation, which saves me time in the kitchen, and makes my life a little bit easier.

I actually really like this blender (bought at Walmart sister company, Sam's Club) and wanted to buy another cup with a lid for the smoothie maker. Ninja no longer makes the lids. You can buy the cup (for now), but if you have 3 people who want to take the cup to go, you'll need to put the smoothie in another container because you are out of luck. I wish I'd known that before buying the blender so I'm telling you.

The front two feet of the blender are suction cups, so the blender has stability and does not shake itself right off the counter. This blender is powerful, which means it is loud. Usually, the blenders I have used start to smell like the motor is going to blow at any moment, but I do not get that with this blender. The two included 24 oz. single-serve cups are a bit too large in circumference for them to be good for on the go in my opinion but they are great for making smaller batches of beverages. There are measurement lines on both the pitcher and cups which are excellent for easy and precise measurements. Cleaning is easy, as the blades, containers and lids are all dishwasher safe, you can also hand wash them. The blades are very sharp, so be extra careful when handling and cleaning them. The quick start guide come with fifteen recipes, most of which I did not have all the required ingredients, but I like that it included sauce, soup (note: no hot blending in this blender) and mousse recipes as well as beverage recipes. I am excited to get more ingredients to try a variety of different recipes using this blender. I love to make smoothies for my family and this blender makes them perfectly. I use juice and frozen fruits to make mine and they come out smooth every time, absolutely no chunks using the ‘Smoothie’ setting. It is interesting to watch it blend using Auto-iQ. It blends, stops, blends, stops, blends, and keeps going until all the ingredients are perfectly blended. There are also manual settings that you can use to control the blender. You can use short or long presses to control them. I am very happy with this blender and would recommend it.

We have been using the small Ninja with the motor you place on top of the pitcher for several years. I saw this on sale and decided to try it. Our daughter takes a smoothie to school everyday, so we thought this would be convenient. I wish I had bought this years ago! It blends, froths, extracts, crushes, and is extremely powerful. Do not hesitate to buy this!

I like that it also comes with the cups so u can blend everything in there and don't have to pour it into a cup. Very sturdy.

I especially love the smoothie option since now I can make smoothies without the fruit ending up clumpy. It also has a crushed ice option which for some reason I was like oh I will never use that. Until I realized I can make all sorts of iced drinks with shaved iced. Theres also a recipe book that comes with the blender. I have been making some of the recipes just to try out the blender and theres just so much you can make with a blender that I would of never thought of. I'm highly impressed with the performance of the blender overall it's really simple to make pretty much anything. And the blender is super easy to use. It also comes with two cups so you can simply blend and change the blade out for a lid and take with you on the go. Overall I couldn't be more pleased about this blender. Its just a really great blender and I can't highly recommend it enough.

It has six different programs and auto shut off. We use it several times a week to make smoothies, crush ice for iced coffee, make sauce and blend soups. This Ninja Blender Duo packs a lot of power. It cuts right through frozen fruit and big chunks with ease and quickness. I love that you have the option to blend in the pitcher or in the attachment cups. The attachment cups are great for on the go- You just attach, blend in the cup and enjoy your drink right from the cup and out the door you go. So easy! The blades are sharp and very durable. They cut up anything and everything that I have tried. It's very powerful so there is some noise that comes along with the machine working but I find it inline with most blenders. Love the power of this blender. I am very happy with the Ninja Professional Plus Blender Duo with Auto-IQ. I don't dread making smoothies anymore because this blender makes it so easy!
