So. I love this blender. It's pretty amazing. Although does anyone know how to get in contact with customer service? My smoothie cups only came with one lid and the one that blends. Everywhere I've read that it's supposed to come with two lids... any way I could probably get a replacement??

It has a 72 oz full size total crushing pitcher with a stacked blade assembly and lid. There are two 24oz single serve cups with spout lids and pro extractor blades assembly.it has 20 percent faster blade speed and 30 percent more functionality. There are buttons for smoothies ice crushing and extracting. The speeds are low ,medium ,high and pulse.it is very easy to use and comes with a recipe booklet.overall this blender is wonderful to have!!

This is very stylish and looks great on the countertop. I love that you can make smoothies for your entire family or a single serving. One of my favorite things is that it will crush ice. Its very sturdy machine and accessories.Easy to cleaned.I blend a frozen mango and when you press smoothie it automatically blend and stop when ready.You have option to do yourself too.Great tool!Its a keeper blender!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blender does work on a moderate level but it's not a Vitamix so I wasn't expecting the best result possible. I made a triple berry and spinach smoothie in the blender and there were those "berry seeds" still evident when I drank it. I used the smoothie option first then I tried the extract button but nothing can smooth out the drink. I'm also not a fan how when you do a selection on the top button, the motor stops every couple seconds then starts up again. I'm curious what Ninja had in mind with that. I love that there are 2 on the go cups and lids included! I also love that it has an ice crusher(mmmm margaritas here we go). The base attaches itself to your counter which is pretty cool unless you intend to store it in your cabinets.

I finally upgraded, and I'm only sad I waited so long. This blender is surprisingly lightweight for its size and incredibly powerful. I love the IQ technology — it blends everything perfectly without me having to guess settings. Clean-up is super easy, and the single-serve cups are a game-changer, especially with the blade attachment cap. Absolutely love it!

I was sold on the Magic Bullet years ago for smoothies, protein shakes, etc. Worked great as long as you had the container full. Well, it finally bit the bullet (lol). So my wife said she heard good things about this. After the first smoothie I was sold. 1000x better than the bullet. As long as it lasts, I'll be very happy.
