Water reservoir and coffee filter are accessible without moving the machine from under the cabinets. Coffee reusable filter is very sturdy and easy to clean. I would be nice if the top of the pot were wider so I can clean it without using a brush. This makes a very nice cup of coffee for a compact machine

LOVE it, especially the frothier! Also enjoy the versatility of being able to set it for a full carafe, half carafe and less if needed. We enjoy our coffee hot and this brewer dispenses it perfectly. One hint; invest in a bottle brush to keep the carafe clean. The opening is narrow, most hands will not fit inside for a good cleaning.

This is my second Ninja coffee maker and I have been mostly happy with both of them. It brews well and quickly. I haven't tried the brother yet, but read that does not heat the milk, only froths. Also, the shape of the carafe makes it a little difficult to clean. Otherwise, I enjoy this product.

It has taken me years to find/buy the coffee maker. I am all about taste, so the fact that this comes with its own filter basket is a plus. Its easily removed and cleaned after each wash. You can use any sized cup your heart desires. I've made classic coffee and Lattes(my drink of choice). It's programmable, alerts when brew is complete and come with an attached measuring spoon for the perfect cup.

This Ninja coffee maker is so versatile and works like a traditional coffee maker. We can make a whole pot, half pot, and 4 different single serving sizes. This worked out great when my son accidentally broke the carafe and we were still able to make individual servings of coffee while we waited for a replacement carafe. You can adjust the strength of your coffee from classic to rich and the very best feature of this coffee maker is that you can make your coffee into ICED coffee. I was a little skeptical on the iced coffee feature, but it does a great job....way better than pouring your hot coffee over ice. The only thing that needs a little getting used to is that it doesn't measure by cups but rather by size of your container, for instance, carafe-half carafe, mug, xl mug, travel mug and xl travel mug. So you have to figure out the size of your mugs to make sure it's the same size as what the coffee maker pours out. It was a trial and error to figure out which setting fit the size of our mugs, but it's not too much of. The water reservoir easily comes out so that you can pour your water into the reservoir and put back or you can just pour water directly into the reservoir without taking it out. Here are the minuses: It's only a 10 cup carafe. It doesn't measure in cups but in size of your container/carafe-but it's easy to get used to. It's a little pricey-but worth it with all the features and the coffee tastes great. We have had this coffee make a little over a month and so far have not been disappointed. If this coffee maker can last us 3 years or more, we will really be impressed!

I love this coffeemaker! It has the options I needed for different size brews and personal preference for strength of brew. It’s a convenient size station; the frothed folds to the size. Keep coffee hot at right temperature, which is a first for any brewer I’ve ever owned. Wanted to get away from buying expensive and wasteful k-cups.

Easy and simple to setup, use and operate right out of the box. Quick and convenient, it makes a splendid brew every time in any style I want. All the features perform precisely as directed, Better than I expected, I could not be more pleased with this product. Even cleanup is a breeze.

This coffee maker is incredibly easy to use and makes delicious coffee. I was hesitant to spend so much on a coffee maker, but am so glad I did! I can definitely tell the difference in the taste of the coffee. I love that it brews quickly and gives you a friendly beep when it's finished brewing. I highly recommend the Ninja Speciality Coffee Maker!

I ordered online but when we received the pot was very small. I think it said it had a 10 cup capacity but it only made 6 cups of coffee. Not 6 actual large coffee mugs but 6 cups. Overpriced for this reason!!! Also had to reprogram preset coffee time every time. Everyday I had to program it to come on at 6 am.

I love the look of this new appliance! The performance is good offering hot coffee and water. I deffently recomend a paper filter when brewing with freash ground beans. Seems to be a bit longer in the process of brewing then expected. Love the frothing tool as well. All and all pretty happy with this unit.
