I love the look of this new appliance! The performance is good offering hot coffee and water. I deffently recomend a paper filter when brewing with freash ground beans. Seems to be a bit longer in the process of brewing then expected. Love the frothing tool as well. All and all pretty happy with this unit.

I bought this product a few months ago at the recommendation of a friend. It worked well and I liked the features until it just stopped staying on one day. We have called multiple times since it has manufacturers warranty and Ninja customer service never answers no matter what time or day we call and we are left on hold for hours. I guess its just time to get a different brand of coffeepot even though this is still new as we have done all the at home troubleshooting and nothing works. Save yourself a headache and get a Keurig or Cuisanart since their customer service is great.

We purchased this unit after seeing a number of very positive reviews. While it does brew a fresh and bull-bodied carafe of coffee, after owning it for a few days, I'm not sure that its a keeper. After brewing the first pot of actual coffee (after brewing a few straight water brews through per the instructions), we received a nice full carafe of coffee. However, each morning brew after, the water tank does not empty completely, resulting in a "not quite" full carafe. I've taken to selecting the full carafe brew, and then when that "completes," setting it to brew a single cup, so I actually get the full carafe. If this is how its going to go, this will be going back to the store. Too much expensive of a machine for such a simple defect.

This thing needs to recall on it!! It's leaking all over the place and also giving me the 5 beeps of death!! We love our Ninja Foodie and Ninja Cooking System with Auto-iQ and that coffee maker is the first Ninja product that I can say is not worth it !! what a waste of money for the price it sells for.. one would think that it would last.

Would Highly recommend! I received this for Christmas and I have owned every type.of coffee pot known! I absolutely love it! It has the mixer on back. You can do one cup, half pot or full pot. It comes apart easy to clean. Has 3 different strengths of brew along with a cold coffee option. Also by now I normally burn them up from running them so much and it is still going strong! It also has a automatic stop of the pot gets to full!! By far my favorite I have ever owned in my 35+ years of different coffee pots!!

Love the coffee while it worked. I bought this coffee maker Nov. 2021 Stop working Oct. 2022. Worked for 9 months and it stop working. Turn the coffee maker on and it shut off. I am sadden because I really like the coffee maker. Makes good coffee when working.

I love all the possibilities with this machine. I love all the brews, etc. It makes great coffee, unfortunately my tabletop is almost ruined from the water that has leaked out of the reservoir all over the wood and the floor. Thankfully I purchased the protection plan, but I am so disappointed. :(

We loved this machine at first-Great coffee and lots of fun options for coffee beverages. Then the clean light kept coming on and wouldn’t go off after cleaning. Now it blinks to be cleaned after 10 cups of coffee. We use purified water and we clean it regularly. Sometimes we get 5 beeps and it stops brewing. We’ve only had it for 3 years and we’re so disappointed. I expect a $150 machine to last longer.

I bought this coffee bar about 2 years ago and it is now shutting off after about 10 seconds every single time I try to brew coffee. I have run vinegar through the machine as directed in the institution manual but the problem will only resolve for a day or so if I'm lucky, then goes right back to refusing to brew the coffee. I love the coffee maker, honestly.... I'm so frustrated at having spent so much money on a nice machine for it to stop working like this. From what I've researched, this seems like a common problem people are having with it, unfortunately.

Just sharing this bc I've owned this 'Ninja' with the aluminum pot since it came out, maybe 3 years ago? It was a lot more expensive, but it's paid for itself in great black, smooth coffee. This thing is a gem. Makes single cup and full pot as evenly rich & delicious. Makes 8oz, 12 oz (Xl) & 20oz (travel). The 'Rich' button really makes a Bold flavor. Turns Folgers into French roast. Even the Specialty button make a perfect 4oz espresso with Dunkin donuts, Lavazza or Cafe Bustelo. Used frother when we 1st got it, and it was Pro level foam but now it collects dust. The Reusable filter easily rinses clean. Occasionally scrub it with a brush. Never been in a dishwasher. Never ran it on 'Clean' mode bc it's never notified to me to do so, and as they say "If it ain't broke, don't mess with it" All I do is use a 'Waterdrop' faucet filter to add water. Clean filter & reservoir with a bottle brush every time it runs low before I refill. It's the simplest appliance with the highest satisfaction quotient in the kitchen.
