This is my second Ninja coffeemaker; I love the variety of beverages it makes (cappuccino, iced coffee, iced tea etc). I also like the diversity of single cup or a carafe; I mostly use the single cup as I’m the only coffee drinker in our home. This coffee maker delivers hot coffee and that’s why I’m a repeat buyer of Ninja coffee makers. The reason for 4 stars is because of the narrow opening of the carafe; it takes a little more effort to clean it. I knew about the narrow opening of the carafe before purchasing it …. it didn’t deter me from buying it. I love this coffee maker & highly recommend it.

We just love our new pot. It makes wonderful coffee and we appreciate the choices we have when using it. We use it to make half and whole pots and appreciate being able to use our k-pods as well. And it's nice looking. I like that you can preprogram it and the fact that you have a scoop attached to the unit. Everything about it is worth the price.

I like this coffee pot. It has everything I want. I can make regular coffee, espresso, one cup, 12 cups, a x large cup, reg cup, tall for on the go, rich flavor or classic... you froth milk.. What else can you ask from a coffee maker? I love it. I had one before that burned out after 4 years thats the only reason I gave it 4 stars. I bought another one because I liked it so much and Sams was selling it for the right price. Every other store was selling it for $200.00. Way too much for any coffee pot.

We’ve used this coffee pot for a month and it’s been a very solid product. There are a lot of options; however they are very intuitive. The product brochure mentions latte, americano and cappuccino coffee, but since the coffee maker doesn’t make expresso this is inaccurate. The milk frother built into the side produces very good foam.

I went back & forth on this for way longer than I should have. Now I'm in love and wish I'd ordered it sooner. I love having so many size and brew strength options. Iced coffee option & milk frother are really nice bonuses. Plus it brews a really good cup of coffee. The other single-cup machines have been nowhere near as good in terms of flavor.

This our third Ninja coffee maker and we do own the earlier version of this one which is why when our basic model quit allowing "Rich Brew" I decided to surprise the wife with this 'updated' version of mine which she really liked before she robbed my office of the original. May I say, she was delighted and, a "Happy Wife!" It works flawlessly, buy it and treat yourself to a great cup, pot or whatever your pleasure may be.

Great coffee! Love the frother! Easy with no mess. Nice for big travel mugs, no k cups needed. Excellent product

I will not own any other coffee machine! This was my best purchase and I have used almost every feature.

Love this coffee maker. Very versatile. Can make tea or coffee with a lot of selections. Also love the whipper on the side of the coffee maker. Definitely a good purchase. Probably the best coffee maker I have bought so far for the price.

The frother can be used with hot or cold milk. Great feature by the way. You can make a espresso cup of coffee with the rich setting. Super hot coffee or iced. All around the best coffee maker I have ever owned!
