Love the coffee while it worked. I bought this coffee maker Nov. 2021 Stop working Oct. 2022. Worked for 9 months and it stop working. Turn the coffee maker on and it shut off. I am sadden because I really like the coffee maker. Makes good coffee when working.

Would Highly recommend! I received this for Christmas and I have owned every type.of coffee pot known! I absolutely love it! It has the mixer on back. You can do one cup, half pot or full pot. It comes apart easy to clean. Has 3 different strengths of brew along with a cold coffee option. Also by now I normally burn them up from running them so much and it is still going strong! It also has a automatic stop of the pot gets to full!! By far my favorite I have ever owned in my 35+ years of different coffee pots!!

LOVE it, especially the frothier! Also enjoy the versatility of being able to set it for a full carafe, half carafe and less if needed. We enjoy our coffee hot and this brewer dispenses it perfectly. One hint; invest in a bottle brush to keep the carafe clean. The opening is narrow, most hands will not fit inside for a good cleaning.

This thing needs to recall on it!! It's leaking all over the place and also giving me the 5 beeps of death!! We love our Ninja Foodie and Ninja Cooking System with Auto-iQ and that coffee maker is the first Ninja product that I can say is not worth it !! what a waste of money for the price it sells for.. one would think that it would last.

My daughter's college roommate has this and my daughter called it 'life changing'. I was skeptical but I made an impulse buy while strolling through Sam's club. I was looking to ditch my Keurig and this felt like a nice upgrade, that doesn't have the expense or waste of K-cups. I live by myself and regularly only want 1 cup of coffee. I was definitely impressed by the quality of the hot coffee but my 'life changed' when I used the ice coffee function. It makes amazing ice coffee!! I will have to warn friends and family members that they may be receiving random texts at all hours due to my new caffeine habit.

My husband and I are very pleased with our new coffee machine. It does almost everything you would want a coffee maker to do. There is no need to go to those expensive fancy coffee shops anymore so you can save money! Put that money towards a better use, like vacations!

I got one for Christmas. Loved all the features. Unfortunately, six months in, it quit working. A call to their help line and a 20 minute video chat, it was determined that it needed replacement. They shipped a new one, which I got in two days (awesome). Five months later, that one died, too. I threw it in the garbage and bought a different brand.

I live this coffee maker; especially for making individual cups of cappuccino. The espresso brews fast and the side foamed works great. This our second purchase of this coffee maker. We had the first one for years, but a recent late night power outage in our area blew it and a few other appliances in our house. I absolutely had to get another one right away because it’s my favorite!

I bought this product a few months ago at the recommendation of a friend. It worked well and I liked the features until it just stopped staying on one day. We have called multiple times since it has manufacturers warranty and Ninja customer service never answers no matter what time or day we call and we are left on hold for hours. I guess its just time to get a different brand of coffeepot even though this is still new as we have done all the at home troubleshooting and nothing works. Save yourself a headache and get a Keurig or Cuisanart since their customer service is great.

Water reservoir and coffee filter are accessible without moving the machine from under the cabinets. Coffee reusable filter is very sturdy and easy to clean. I would be nice if the top of the pot were wider so I can clean it without using a brush. This makes a very nice cup of coffee for a compact machine
