Love, love, love this coffee maker.  I can make as much or as little coffee that I want and I don’t need to by those expensive single serve cups.  As a big coffee drinker I would recommend this product highly.  Oh, and the price was the best anywhere.

Best coffee maker ever

I love this machine better than any I have owned. I love the permanent filter, the way the water showers across the coffee to begin, the onboard frother that even when used with cold milk does not make the coffee cold, the design of the carafe and shelf for cups, the easy to see reserve for water and the look of it. The magnetic spoon with guides makes measuring coffee simple.

Love everything about this coffee maker

this coffee maker is one of the best things to ever happen to me! don't bother with a keurig! i have drank the nasty gross coffee from keurigs for nearly a decade---all for convenience plus i liked how fancy they were considered before many homes had them. i liked the ease of a k cup but it's expensive and it's impossible to get that compartment clean. i was reluctant at first to have to start buying grounds again but i'm so glad i did! the ease of cleaning this device (esp if you use coffee filters) is unparalleled! not to mention THE COFFEE THAT COMES OUT IS DIVINE and THE FROTHING WAND WORKS PERFECTLY! you can make excellent cappuccinos with this. 

prior to this, i let my keurig collect dust and went through the process making espresso from my moka pot & steaming & frothing milk with an immersion stick blender and it still wasn't amazing. it also took forever and the clean up was a pain. my neighbor had this and i ran out and got it immediately (i stopped shopping for a frothing wand and returned my new keurig) and i'll never need another coffee maker again. this makes every style of coffee you'd ever need. 

you can do a single and choose the size of brew, or choose a couple different sizes of carafes. the frothing wand doesn't steam the milk---i just use a little 1 cup pyrex cup to heat the milk in a microwave for 30 sec. i use cafe bustelo for "specialty concentrate" which is as good as espresso, and i steam 2-4 oz heavy whipping cream & use frothing wand to make my daily keto friendly cappuccinos. i look forward to every morning and use the delayed brew option. i wake up between 3:30-4:30 daily to work a very high pressure, high profile job where nothing is predictable so this is one of the nice moments in life i can look forward to daily.

best purchase of 2019

We owned the earlier version of this Ninja coffee maker but it was time for a new one. When we saw it was still being made and had been improved, we snatched it up. It is much quieter, brews faster and has an 'Add more water' feature the old one didn't have. We also love the delayed brew feature too. Highly recommended.

A better replacement for the best

Just replaced my old Ninja Coffee maker with this new one. Longest lasting coffee maker I’ve ever owned. I will never own anything other than a Ninja.

Best coffee maker

Have no complaints. I’m a pretty simple coffee lover. I like how I have an option for one cup or a whole pot if I was to have company. My husband prefers a different coffee than I do so we enjoy making just a cup at a time.

Easy and practical

This our third Ninja coffee maker and we do own the earlier version of this one which is why when our basic model quit allowing "Rich Brew" I decided to surprise the wife with this 'updated' version of mine which she really liked before she robbed my office of the original.  May I say, she was delighted and, a "Happy Wife!"

It works flawlessly, buy it and treat yourself to a great cup, pot or whatever your pleasure may be.

I like my new pot very much. It makes great coffee, and it offers a variety of options for coffee drinks. While I would definitely buy this machine again, there are a few things that are challenging. The coffee  does not stay warm very long. This means I can make one cup at a time, definitely an option, or buy a insulated carafe to store a full pot. Also, the built in frother only froths, it does not heat the milk. That means I have to put the milk in a separate container, heat it in a microwave and THEN froth it. I realize these are First World complaints and again wouldn’t stop me from buying the pot again, but I want others to know so they’re not as disappointed as I was.

Great coffee pot with loads of options

The old version had plastic covering the back.  This does not and it splashes coffee against the wall behind it.  I honestly can't figure out how it does but it does.

OK but messy

DO NOT BUY.  I ignored the other reviews about the plastic water reservoir breaking easily. It fell three inches from my hand to the sink and broke a large chunk off the corner and cracked up the side. This is really the most brittle plastic I have ever seen on a kitchen appliance.  This happened on the second day I had it.  Very expensive coffee maker now completely useless and replacement part has been unavailable for weeks. No response on repeat emails to Ninja about if, or when part will be in stock.  Not cool!
