The pillows look like worms eight holes in the back of it it truly was not a real Serta

i purchased this Mar 16, 2019 today is November 4 2019, it has gone flat. when i first got i loved it, now nothing but pain in neck and shoulders

This is the best pillow I've ever had. We switched to a King Bed and I'm hoping I can find the King size of this pillow

I bought this pillow when it was on sale and they did not ship it in it original packaging. Very disappointed since it was a gift.

It feels cool to the touch, but it give me a neck pain, it hurts for 3 days. Don't recommend this pillows. I wish I can returned.

I purchased this pillow about 3 or 4 months ago and I regret buying it. my shoulder Has been hurting for a week straight already and this isn't the first time my shoulder has been in pain with this pillow. Not happy with this pillow at all!!

This has got to be the worst pillow I've ever tried, has no support. The pillow completely flattens when in use. I am unsure if I received a defective pillow

I purchased this over a year ago and it is still in great shape, i have washed the covering with no problems...I do find that this pillow stays much cooler without another pillow slip put on....I am purchasing another, i like them very much

This was a waste of money. The pillow has a horrible smell almost like cigarette smoke. Washed the cover and it still smells. It’s the pillow itself. I did not keep the box so I can’t return. Very disappointing.

Do not buy!!!! These pillows were filled with bugs when I received them.
