This is my second Serta cooling pillow and i love them,although there is a slight chemical smell when you first open it,its not enough to disturb your sleep,or you can let it sit for a day or 2 and it will be ready for use.They are very comfortable and hold their shape very well,great for any type of sleeper,i am personally a side to stomach sleeper and are perfect for me,which is saying a lot as i am disabled with a majorly messed up spine,so i dont get much sleep at a time,but what i do,these make it a much higher quality of sleep.

I really do like this pillow. I was skeptical that i could find a cool and supportive firm pillow that was comfortable and wouldnt hurt my neck. I never had a memory foam pillow before. Well i have enjoyed it every single night i have tried it. It really does help to keep my hot head cool at night.

I suffer from an old neck injury and had trouble sleeping until I found this pillow!! My daughter is starting change of life and is having night sweats. She said she doesn't have the night sweats when using this pillow. And, besides being so cooling to our physical issues, it's the most comfortable pillow I've ever found. The weight is perfect, not heavy, not too light. I love that it doesn't smoosh around my face like the pillows that have fiberfill or chunky pieces in them. Just the best pillow for me - and for my daughter!

I have so many pillows that don’t work for my neck problems, however, this pillow is the best I’ve found. I sleep on my back and side and this pillow is very supportive. I’m on my second set. My first set is a few years old but was still in great shape but I just wanted a new one. One side has the cool touch and I love that for my night sweats. I would highly recommend this pillow. I hope to always be able to find it at Sam’s

It is a great cooling pillow. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is that it is a little too high and firm for me to use nightly. Other than that, it is the best cooling pillow I ever had.

I purchased this pillow when it was on sale, and frankly, it's just ok. I found it too large (high), and too firm. I have a lot of pillows, and this one will likely be stored in the guest room. As for being cool, it does remain cool for a while, but without circulating cool water through the pillow, they will all be hot in the middle of the night.

I bought this pillow three weeks ago and have not use it. I had to put it on a shelf in my closet because it smelled so bad of chemicals. The manufacturer says it will smell but the smell is harmless (stated in a flyer sent with the pillow). I get headaches from strong odors so I put it in my closet to air out for a while. It has slowly been dissipating so hopefully, soon, I can use the pillow.

We ordered these pillows after checking the measurements of our old pillows. These aren't 18 X 26 They measure 16" x 24". They would be fine for a twin bed but they are small. We haven't noticed that they are any cooler than any other pillow we've had but they are fairly comfortable.

Pillow picks up a TON of lent! Can put a cover on it because it defeats the purpose of the “coolness” gets flat to fast.
