So far, this is the best pillow l have ever owned. It is good for side and back sleeping. It does seem to not get over heated as you lay on it, but will be interested to see how it performs in the summer temperatures. The size is sufficient unless you want to sleep on and hug your pillow at the same time. It's a bit pricey at about $30 compared to other pillow sets Sam's offered, but well worth it. I don't think you need to spend more for any of the similar pillows promoted on tv ads, etc. It is extremely comfortable with a solid fill, better to me than the crushed/chopped gel foam fills. Enough support to not just sink in and not too much to cause a stiff neck like you slept on a rock. I highly recommend and have bought another for a family member.

I bought this a few weeks ago. It took maybe 3 nights to adjust to it. Once I adjusted I've had the best nights sleep. I love how cool the pillow is, and how comfortable and supportive it feels. It's so great, even my husband tries to take it from me. I highly recommend it! I will continue to purchase this pillow for the rest of my family members.

I have tried several memory foam pillows and most were way too hard, and too high. They made my ears hurt and neck sore from sleeping on them. The previous reviews on this memory foam pillow stated that many people felt it was too soft and not particularly high--which was what I was looking for, as I have neck and shoulder muscle issues and often wake with a headache. This Serta Forever Cool memory foam pillow is a perfect balance of memory foam with some give so it feels great for back sleepers. Side sleepers will put their arm under it to boost it up. It has a cooling side and a regular side. If you like a pillow that is very high, or very firm, this is not for you. I think it is pretty close to perfect for me.

I have tried dozens of pillows over the years. Worst pillow ever. I don't recommend this one. The inner material is to firm. Your head is unable to sink so this leaves your neck in an awkward angle. I had a nasty pain in my neck every morning that took hours to recover from. I gave this pillow two weeks and it did not improve. My wife then tried this pillow as she did not believe me. She only used it for one night and her neck was so bad it took 3 days to recover from the pain.

I love this pillow. It is the most comfortable pillow i have ever owned and it always stays cool. My wife is constantly trying to switch pillows with me. She wanted a different cooling pillow and so I bought it for her and now every chance she can get she tries to switch hers with mine.

I really like this pillow because it does stay cool and I dislike warm pillows even in the winter months. It does have a tendency to flatten out a bit but if fluffed up, it returns to its original shape. I'm very happy with it. I only wish it came in king size.
