The pillow is cool to start and then not so after some head contact. Over all I like the pillow and wish it were a little longer but I knew size prior to purchase. Jerome

Bought 2 of these pillows, and I can honestly say that they do not stay cool forever. You get like 60 seconds of cool. It does get re-cooled quickly but it’s not called the “60seconds of Cool Pillow” it’s calls “Forever Cool”. It does have a pretty great memory foam core which is why it got 3 stars and I didn’t return them.

Warms up in just a couple mins, its silky so it slides out of pillow cases or off the bed and it's too hard.

I've been using this pillow for a little over a month, I like the coolness effect, just wish it stayed a little fluffier.

Smells like chemicals isn’t cold at all won’t use it. Bought one a few years ago and it was awesome. This one is nothing like the 1st one I bought.

The pillow is really firm and does not stay cool, it feels cool to the touch but loses that cool feel quickly.

I read the reviews and they were great and I thought I'm going to give this pillow a try. I gave it two nights and realized these are not for me! It gave us both neck aches and headaches, they are too hard for us.

So far, this is the best pillow l have ever owned. It is good for side and back sleeping. It does seem to not get over heated as you lay on it, but will be interested to see how it performs in the summer temperatures. The size is sufficient unless you want to sleep on and hug your pillow at the same time. It's a bit pricey at about $30 compared to other pillow sets Sam's offered, but well worth it. I don't think you need to spend more for any of the similar pillows promoted on tv ads, etc. It is extremely comfortable with a solid fill, better to me than the crushed/chopped gel foam fills. Enough support to not just sink in and not too much to cause a stiff neck like you slept on a rock. I highly recommend and have bought another for a family member.

This is a very comfortable pillow and I'm glad I bough it but it's not really a "cool" pillow. It does not stay cool for more than a few minutes. I love a cold pillow and still find myself turning this one over many times during the night to feel the "cool".
