My husband and I purchased two of these pillows to go with the Cool Gel Memory Foam Mattress we were purchasing. We've only had them for a week but so far they are amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Serta forever cool pillow is great. It has a medium soft but fluffy feeling. It’s great also when I get hot a night it cools me down. I will recommend this pillow to everyone I know.

Pillow seems comfy enough but I still have to flip it when it gets too warm.

It feels cool to the touch, but it give me a neck pain, it hurts for 3 days. Don't recommend this pillows. I wish I can returned.
