[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the Serta forever cool pillow for the past few weeks and am very pleased. The pillow molds to my head and is just firm enough for a restful sleep. The cool properties of the pillow certainly work..no sweaty head for me!!

I'm not a fan of stiff pillows and my neck / back is sensitive to a pillow that is too stiff and lifts my head up at night too high up. This is the perfect pillow that contours nicely with my neck and back for a good nights rest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this stay cool pillow does provide a cooling feeling at night but once you warm it up it quickly gets warm. I have flipped it over in the middle of the night and it instantly cools my face and neck but after a few minutes I am back to feeling warm. The pillow is a bit slippery and my pillowcase shifts around a lot. So I also end up pulling the end of the pillowcase to even it out the few inches that it moves. The pillow is a nice height and I use it for side sleeping but I do not think it stays cool long enough for anyone with night sweats or that gets warm quickly.

While the pillow does seem to stay cool and I can sleep fairly well with it, it tends to keep slipping out of the pillow case. I do prefer sleeping on a neck pillow which give much better support, so if Serta can make one in that style I would definitely buy one.

I have tried so many different pillows throughout the years ans had yet to find a pillow that is comfortable and cooling. After trying the Serta Forever Cool I have finally found my forever pillow. It's memory type and has an amazing cooling effect. I had a really good night's rest using this awesome pillow!

Great for kids or short necks. Heavy and dense material.

$60 ripoff. Worst pillows ever. Did not expand properly, both are lopsided.

This pillow does not stay cool any longer then a regular pillow. Wish i would have saved the box and receipt, not worth the money.

Just got the pillow and it is exactly as described! It’s a cooling pillow and it works. Let’s see how long it will stay cool.

Too expensive, Sinks into the mattress. But it does stay cold throughout the night. Just isn’t worth over $15
