[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way this pillow feels. It is always cool regardless of the pillowcase used. The softness and firmness is perfect and supplies the right amount of support to my head and neck.

I first purchased 2 pillows for my own bed and fell in love with the firmness. I have since bought 2 more for my guest bed. My son loved them, so I bought a pair for him. Every guest that slept on this pillow asked me where I got them.

The pillow is quite comfortable and keep cools as mentioned in the description but there is a chemical smell. Wanted to wash the pillow but I don't believe it is washer friendly. Washed the cover.... but didn't help.

5 out of 5 for me. Would totally recommend this pillow for anyone who likes a little firmness and comfort. Looking forward to purchasing again in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband loves this pillow! The only con is it smelled quite strong of chemicals and took about a week to not smell so bad. Other than that it’s a great pillow.

By far the best pillow on the market! Beyond its cooling effects, it is the first pillow I've ever used that DID NOT GIVE ME A HEADACHE! I highly recommend this pillow.
