[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My tween is that kid who is ALWAYS hot: needs a fan on at night, flips the pillow, cool blanket, and it's still miserable, etc. I got her this pillow to try and she's been in sleep heaven! I even noticed that she's not using her fan at night anymore (which always scares me as I'd rather her not have that blowing in her face all night). She did say that there was a bit of an off-gas smell, so she didn't use it for the first week from opening it. From there, she's been in sleep pillow heaven and says she highly recommends, 10/10, or whatever the kids are saying these days.

The pillows offers so much support without being too firm. I need to get my husband his own, he keeps trying to use mine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow worked great for my husband but just wasn’t right for me. I prefer a more firm flat pillow where this was fluffy and soft. It does however keep your head very cool at night. It’s memory foam so it adjusts to your head. I recommend for someone that like that memory foam feeling!

I have tried so many different pillows throughout the years ans had yet to find a pillow that is comfortable and cooling. After trying the Serta Forever Cool I have finally found my forever pillow. It's memory type and has an amazing cooling effect. I had a really good night's rest using this awesome pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have several of these pillows in King but this is our first standard-size Serta Forever Cool pillow. It's exactly the same, just smaller. It's a firm pillow that always stays cool. My kids love these pillows. Well, actually, my whole family does. They are so worth it! Great for reading in bed or watching tv. And it provides great neck support. I cannot say enough good things about them.

My main issue is that I always get hot at night and even a comfortable pillow can mess up with my sleep if it gets too warm. I found a few decent pillows over the years but they were never perfect. I did not expect much when I was reading the Serta Forever cool pillow description and thought I would be disappointed but I am glad I was wrong. First of all, the pillow provides a good neck support without being too firm, I am a back sleeper and this is important for me as I do not sleep well on pillows that lack support and easily lose their shape. Given that it is a gel memory foam pillow, it did have the usual smell but I just let the gel foam aired out for a few hours and that strongly reduced the smell. This is probably not an issue for most but my sense of smell is sensitive so I always do that. All in all, I really like my new Serta Forever cool pillow and it gets a perfect score from me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Serta Forever Cool Pillow is really nice. The dual cooling technology and memory foam are a great combination. I have had nothing but great sleep since I started using this pillow. Even my kids try to take it from me. It is a very well made quality pillow. Sometimes I find memory foam to be a bit too stiff for me but this one is perfect. Keeps me cool and rested. I will definitely be buying more.

It is cool when I first lay on it, but it doesn't stay cool through out the night except for close to the edge. The pillow case is sort of slick on the texture side. I wear a satin bonnet on my hair; although I lay down in the middle of my pillow, I always end up toward the bottom...lol.

I was exicted to purchase this pillow because I like for my pillows to be cool. However, the first night I slept on it, it was not only cool, but it woke me up because it was so warm! This is probably the hottest pillow I have ever used. Not sure why, but it definitely is not "forever cool."

The reason for one star is in description it says memory foam. A little misleading. It is a normal cheap non conforming pillow with I', guessing a layer of memory foam. I guess on the pluss side it's much, much lighter then a true memory foam pillow.
