[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pillow! I’ve never had a cooling pillow before and it is amazing! I get hot at night, my family likes to keep the house warm all night. Now I stay so much cooler and comfortable. It is a firm pillow but my neck fits perfect on it. It’s the perfect thickness for me. The cover comes off and washes great in the washing machine. I would definitely recommend it and I already have ordered another one for my daughter.

I must say it’s very comfortable, and it definitely keeps my head cold at night as I usually sweat a lot. It melds around the head and neck — providing a soft and firm feeling at the same time. Awesome night sleep on this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the Serta forever cool pillow for the past few weeks and am very pleased. The pillow molds to my head and is just firm enough for a restful sleep. The cool properties of the pillow certainly work..no sweaty head for me!!

This pillow truly does what it says its going to! At first I was skeptical, but decided it wouldn't hurt to try. Even before I took the pillow out of the packaging, I slid my hand to the middle and by gosh! It was comfortably cool, and just right on the firmness/softness. I sleep 1000 times better! You don’t realize how warm and uncomfortable you get while sleeping, until you no longer wake up from tossing and turning anymore! The only issue is it can go flat quickly, but I fluff it up in the dryer. All in all, I am impressed with this product and I would buy it again.

Since I started using the Serta Forever Cool Pillow, my nights have been a lot better. The pillow stays cool even in the hottest of nights. It has memory gel foam which retains its shape and keep it cool. I love the head and neck alignment features which keep my body in an ergonomic manner. The cover for the machine is washable and you can use it even if you are a side, back or stomach sleepers. I have had it for a while and it’s a game changer!

While the pillow does seem to stay cool and I can sleep fairly well with it, it tends to keep slipping out of the pillow case. I do prefer sleeping on a neck pillow which give much better support, so if Serta can make one in that style I would definitely buy one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Serta Forever Cool Pillow is very comfortable. I've used gel memory foam pillows before, but this particular pillow uses dual technology so it has a greater cooling effect. The foam also keeps it's shape well. I especially like the fact that although I sleep in various positions, I'm still able to receive comfort throughout the night with this amazing pillow.

It is cool when I first lay on it, but it doesn't stay cool through out the night except for close to the edge. The pillow case is sort of slick on the texture side. I wear a satin bonnet on my hair; although I lay down in the middle of my pillow, I always end up toward the bottom...lol.
