This pillow has a removable cover that does seem to cool for a brief time, but the pillow is thinner than the picture and is a type of very heavy foam. It flattens as you rest and becomes hard as a rock. Definitely not good for side sleepers. I might repurpose the cover to a different pillow . The pillow itself - no one in my family will touch it. Yet again something that fails to live up to the sales description

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this stay cool pillow does provide a cooling feeling at night but once you warm it up it quickly gets warm. I have flipped it over in the middle of the night and it instantly cools my face and neck but after a few minutes I am back to feeling warm. The pillow is a bit slippery and my pillowcase shifts around a lot. So I also end up pulling the end of the pillowcase to even it out the few inches that it moves. The pillow is a nice height and I use it for side sleeping but I do not think it stays cool long enough for anyone with night sweats or that gets warm quickly.

Of course, I always say it's all about the grade of pillow case too. Put the two together and you have a great night sleep. Very pleased with this pillow.

It melds around the head and neck — providing a soft and firm feeling at the same time. Awesome night sleep on this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a high quality, comfortable pillow. The top has a lovely quilted pattern that's just a joy to lay on. It's well made and the materials are top notch. I tend to run warm so really wanted a pillow that could keep me cool at night. No issues at all with sweating through pillowcases with this one.

While the pillow does seem to stay cool and I can sleep fairly well with it, it tends to keep slipping out of the pillow case. I do prefer sleeping on a neck pillow which give much better support, so if Serta can make one in that style I would definitely buy one.

I love that it has a cover on it that keeps the pillow cool all night without having to constantly flip the pillow! I'm really enjoying this pillow!

I bought this pillow a little over 2 years ago from Sam’s club. This pillow lasts a long time and you can remove the cover to wash it. When you wash it, the ‘cooling’ effect does NOT wash out like a lot of other brands’ products do. This is an amazing pillow for someone who prefers a firm yet soft memory foam pillow. I am a back sleeper and love it.

Now I stay so much cooler and comfortable. It is a firm pillow but my neck fits perfect on it. It’s the perfect thickness for me. The cover comes off and washes great in the washing machine. I would definitely recommend it and I already have ordered another one for my daughter.

I put a thin pillow case made with cotton blend to keep it feeling cool. The first night he used it he really noticed a difference. I did too, because he slept much longer than usual! I call that a win in my book!
