[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ideas of the cooling items, especially for people who sleep hot, like my husband. I gave this for him to try and he really likes it. I put a thin pillow case made with cotton blend to keep it feeling cool. The first night he used it he really noticed a difference. I did too, because he slept much longer than usual! I call that a win in my book!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a complimentary Serta Forever Cool Pillow for testing purposes. The firmness of the pillow is perfect for my taste. It has a zipper cover that can be removed for washing and another thin layer of removable casing between the cover and pillow. The cooling sensation stays throughout the night. I am a side sleeper and felt this pillow was great for that. The pillow itself is made of a moldable foam like material. Makes for a cool comfortable nights sleep and a perfect gift with the holidays approaching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is so soft. I love thst it bounces back and reforms to where you put yiur head. It is a little thicker than I prefer, but overall it is great. I'm getting used to it. The cooling aspect is amazing. I get so hot when sleeping this is perfect. I need the mattress now! I recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is my absolute favorite new pillow. One side is always cold no matter how long you have been laying on it. It is memory foam and very soft for my head. The other side is a warm soft memory foam. I am in love with this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a hot sleeper. I have tried so many different pillows throughout the years ans had yet to find a pillow that is comfortable and cooling. After trying the Serta Forever Cool I have finally found my forever pillow. It's memory type and has an amazing cooling effect. I had a really good night's rest using this awesome pillow!

Made it here in good time and is just as advertised.

Bit soft for me but hubby loves, it says he sleeps a bit cooler.

The pillow is comfortable but has a weird smell

It’s hard and does not cool the body.

It’s cool to the touch but very quickly becomes warm. It’s so stiff too. So it’s not great!
