[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the feel of the Serra cool pillow. It is a nice level of firmness, but not as cool as I would like. I don’t really notice a cool feeling unless my pillowcase is off, which obviously I won’t sleep like that. It’s slightly better with a thin 100% cotton pillowcase, but not what I was hoping for. Fortunately, the pillow itself is a good standard pillow for the side sleeper that I am.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My tween is that kid who is ALWAYS hot: needs a fan on at night, flips the pillow, cool blanket, and it's still miserable, etc. I got her this pillow to try and she's been in sleep heaven! I even noticed that she's not using her fan at night anymore (which always scares me as I'd rather her not have that blowing in her face all night). She did say that there was a bit of an off-gas smell, so she didn't use it for the first week from opening it. From there, she's been in sleep pillow heaven and says she highly recommends, 10/10, or whatever the kids are saying these days.

I've used gel memory foam pillows before, but this particular pillow uses dual technology so it has a greater cooling effect. The foam also keeps it's shape well. I especially like the fact that although I sleep in various positions, I'm still able to receive comfort throughout the night with this amazing pillow.

This pillow truly does what it says its going to! At first I was skeptical, but decided it wouldn't hurt to try. Even before I took the pillow out of the packaging, I slid my hand to the middle and by gosh! It was comfortably cool, and just right on the firmness/softness. I sleep 1000 times better! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always in search of the 'perfect' pillow, and I know that's subjective, but this is the perfect pillow for me. I'm a side/stomach sleeper, and most pillows are just too bouncy for me. This pillow is soft, conforms to my neck, and doesn't get too flat. Also, I suffer from the dreaded hot flashes, and this pillow stays cool. So, for me, I've found the holy grail of pillows in this one. I'd recommend it over and over and over.

It is a little thicker than I prefer, but overall it is great. I'm getting used to it. The cooling aspect is amazing. I get so hot when sleeping this is perfect. I need the mattress now! I recommend.

It stays cool, and I found that I didn’t flip my pillow at all, I feel like I slept really good, better than I have in a long time. The only problem I have is that it has a chemical type odor , from the foam it’s made of. I need to buy a pillow protector to put on first, then the pillow case . Other than that - it’s a great pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pillow! I’ve never had a cooling pillow before and it is amazing! I get hot at night, my family likes to keep the house warm all night. Now I stay so much cooler and comfortable. It is a firm pillow but my neck fits perfect on it. It’s the perfect thickness for me. The cover comes off and washes great in the washing machine. I would definitely recommend it and I already have ordered another one for my daughter.
