[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the feel of the Serra cool pillow. It is a nice level of firmness, but not as cool as I would like. I don’t really notice a cool feeling unless my pillowcase is off, which obviously I won’t sleep like that. It’s slightly better with a thin 100% cotton pillowcase, but not what I was hoping for. Fortunately, the pillow itself is a good standard pillow for the side sleeper that I am.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow certainly stays cool even from body heat. I love the removable lining which I guess is helpful considering I can’t keep a pillow case on it. It keeps sliding out thru the evening. Love the feel of the pillow and sleep well on it.

I've used gel memory foam pillows before, but this particular pillow uses dual technology so it has a greater cooling effect. The foam also keeps it's shape well. I especially like the fact that although I sleep in various positions, I'm still able to receive comfort throughout the night with this amazing pillow.

It has a zipper cover that can be removed for washing and another thin layer of removable casing between the cover and pillow. The cooling sensation stays throughout the night. I am a side sleeper and felt this pillow was great for that. The pillow itself is made of a moldable foam like material. Makes for a cool comfortable nights sleep and a perfect gift with the holidays approaching.

Since I started using the Serta Forever Cool Pillow, my nights have been a lot better. The pillow stays cool even in the hottest of nights. It has memory gel foam which retains its shape and keep it cool. I love the head and neck alignment features which keep my body in an ergonomic manner. The cover for the machine is washable and you can use it even if you are a side, back or stomach sleepers. I have had it for a while and it’s a game changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this pillow for the past week and a half and have been sleeping like a rock. My body is very particular about what pillows I use as I tend to wake up with either headaches or neck pains. Using this pillow, I feel like I get a good night's rest. Additionally, it stayed cool allowing my to break away from my night sweats. I haven't turned the pillow over once in the middle of the night since using it. I recommend this pillow if you are looking for

WOW, slept on this pillow last night and it truly is an awesome pillow. I can never remember a time when I didn't wake up and have to adjust my pillow. With this pillow not only did I not have to adjust it in the middle of the night but I slept so soundly. Sleep last night was awesome. Even though I ordered two of these pillows , my second pillow was of a different type. Will call Sam'so to get issue corrected , I still give a five star.

It’s a really high quality pillow with a nice cool quilted pattern. I love that the pillow stays cool most of the night without having to flip it which helps me get better sleep. The pillow is soft and a nice memory foam material. It’s perfect for me as a side or back sleeper not too firm but not too soft.
