I like the thickness of it. I don’t like that the pillowcase slides off with movement. I like that it stays cool.

I tried this pillow for over a week and had nothing but neck pain. Switched to a different pillow and the neck pain stopped.

I bought this pillow several months ago, maybe up to a year ago and LOVED IT. However it has lost the cool feel already.

It stays cold. Love that part of pillow. But after a month the case became knotty and stray strands nylon started pulling off and interfering with my sleep

I bought this to replace the pillows I purchased several years ago from Sam's Club. The quality is nowhere near the same and i am throwing them in the garbage if Sam's does not take them back.

This is my second one. The first one was still performing fine, but I sweat at night and it had been sweat soaked a few too many times. I had it for at least 5 years. This pillow maintains it's shape and size and is very comfortable.

This was a waste of $60. The chemical smell was so bad We could not even sleep with it. I put 4 pillow cases over then to hide the smell...... only worked for about an hour..... gross

I had one of these pillows before Hurricane Harvey and lost it in the flood. I’ve since bought 6 different pillows because I couldn’t remember what the brand was. Next time we evacuate, I’m taking my pillows! Love it!

This pillow truly does what it says its going to! At first I was skeptical, but decided it wouldn't hurt to try. Even before I took the pillow out of the packaging, I slid my hand to the middle and by gosh! It was comfortably cool, and just right on the firmness/softness. I sleep 1000 times better!
