Purchased this about a month ago for my friend who was always so hot when he slept. He couldn't believe the difference & now he doesn't perspire at night and rests much better.

This pillow has been the best one I have found in a long time! I even bought a couple of them for my sister-in-law after she came to visit and said it was one of the best pillows she had slept on too!!

you can fold a towel twice and equal the thickness of this pillow once you lay your head down and let it finish flatting out ,I learned never buy a pillow that you can not try with your head or flatten with your hands

I have a lot of neck issues and this pillow is perfect as it doesn’t crank my head to high and has full support! Sent one to my son who also loves it!

This item doesn't do that much for us. Still in search for that perfect pillow. But we do think it's a decent quality just not meeting our comfort zone.

I need a cool sleeping environment and this pillow fits the bill. The pillow stays pretty cool and is very comfortable due to the memory foam content.

This is the most comfortable pillow. I love that it is great for side sleepers and back sleepers. It is not too high and doesn't push your neck forward. The cool side is a bonus!

I love this pillow. It is the most comfortable pillow i have ever owned and it always stays cool. My wife is constantly trying to switch pillows with me. She wanted a different cooling pillow and so I bought it for her and now every chance she can get she tries to switch hers with mine.

Love 1, the other not so much. But Sam’s Club customer service is so notoriously incompetent that I decided not to risk a return for fear that I would end up worse off than what I received. I recommend only purchasing pillows when you can do it in person.

It came smelling and says it can be washed. I have a front load washer and tried to spin dry twice. Foam just soaked up the water. Cant dryer dry. So a week later, I still dont have a dry pillow. I bought 3. Didnt wash other 2. Tried to sleep with. Just cant from the smell. However, yes cool gel works if you can sleep with the stink!
