This pillow is wonderful. It's small for a king size bed, but I don't care. It stays nice and cool and is very comfortable. It doesn't scrunch up or loose it's shape. In the summer I have to fight the cat to keep her off it.

We also have the copper colored serta and this one is so much nicer! Perfect firmness! Love that it keeps me cool. It has now been taken by my 13 year old and I assume when I buy another one my 10 year old will take it :)

I have had cheap pillows and pillowcases and expensive pennies and pillowcases to help with night sweats and this is the only one that actually works.

Very flat. Did not realize there’s different firmness you can select from. If you want a pillow that has that thickness to it, do not get this one. The coolness feature is great but does not hold shape!

I tried to sleep on this pillow for a week hoping it would soften some. It never did. It is very uncomfortable. I would not recommend at all. My neck hurt for two days.

I bought this pillow a few weeks ago and like it, except I am a side sleeper and it hurts my neck. The pillow has great firmness but my head does not sink down enough.If I could sleep on my back it feels good to my neck.

This is the most comfortable pillow. I love that it is great for side sleepers and back sleepers. It is not too high and doesn't push your neck forward. The cool side is a bonus!

Purchased this about a month ago for my friend who was always so hot when he slept. He couldn't believe the difference & now he doesn't perspire at night and rests much better.

it starts cool. Does not keep cool after awhile. but still much better than a regular pillow. I love how it holds its shape. Soft enough to yield to my head, but goes back to regular shape when i lift my head.

I bought this same pillow for myself awhile ago. I loved it so much that I just bought 2 more for our guest room. Keeps it shape and conforms to your head and neck. My favorite pillow that I have ever had!
