I need a cool sleeping environment and this pillow fits the bill. The pillow stays pretty cool and is very comfortable due to the memory foam content.

I am picky about my pillows. I do not like real firm or too soft this one was perfect. My hair is not sweety when I wake up like before. Helps me fall asleep faster because it is so comfortable. The pillow does smell the first few days. I let it air out 2 days before using then put a pillow case on it was good to go.

I bought this pillow from another establishment a few years back and I love this pillow because it give me the support I needed , unfortunately my pillow got wet and I was unable to use it again. When I bought this pillow I was excited about it then when I bought it I was let down because it seems to half fill , it slides out of my pillowcase at night , when I lay my head on it my head just sink in . It's just to low I was so disappointed.

Love 1, the other not so much. But Sam’s Club customer service is so notoriously incompetent that I decided not to risk a return for fear that I would end up worse off than what I received. I recommend only purchasing pillows when you can do it in person.

It came smelling and says it can be washed. I have a front load washer and tried to spin dry twice. Foam just soaked up the water. Cant dryer dry. So a week later, I still dont have a dry pillow. I bought 3. Didnt wash other 2. Tried to sleep with. Just cant from the smell. However, yes cool gel works if you can sleep with the stink!
