Sooooo comfortable. I am a side and back sleeper, and this pillow is perfect for me. Stays cool, keeps its shape, and gives me the perfect amount of support.

I’ve has 6 lower back surgeries w/a knee replacement & have been trying for years to find the right pillow...from temperpedic to bamboo. The only downfall is the cooling system...doesn’t last long. This pillow seems to help align everything.

This pillow is firm but soft. Doesn’t get flat and great for all sleepers. It has a memory foam feel and is worth the money. I was waking up with neck pain before I purchased this pillow and haven’t had any since I’ve started using it.

We also have the copper colored serta and this one is so much nicer! Perfect firmness! Love that it keeps me cool. It has now been taken by my 13 year old and I assume when I buy another one my 10 year old will take it :)

This item doesn't do that much for us. Still in search for that perfect pillow. But we do think it's a decent quality just not meeting our comfort zone.

Decent pillow. It was too firm for my needs. I was searching for a pillow with a cooling gel and this has it. It may be just the right pillow for you. Alas, i have since returned it.

This pillow has been the best one I have found in a long time! I even bought a couple of them for my sister-in-law after she came to visit and said it was one of the best pillows she had slept on too!!
