Used it one night after washing the cover. The foam smelled and I couldn't do anything to get rid of the smell.

This pillow has been the best one I have found in a long time! I even bought a couple of them for my sister-in-law after she came to visit and said it was one of the best pillows she had slept on too!!

I’ve has 6 lower back surgeries w/a knee replacement & have been trying for years to find the right pillow...from temperpedic to bamboo. The only downfall is the cooling system...doesn’t last long. This pillow seems to help align everything.

This is the most comfortable pillow. I love that it is great for side sleepers and back sleepers. It is not too high and doesn't push your neck forward. The cool side is a bonus!

it starts cool. Does not keep cool after awhile. but still much better than a regular pillow. I love how it holds its shape. Soft enough to yield to my head, but goes back to regular shape when i lift my head.

I tried to sleep on this pillow for a week hoping it would soften some. It never did. It is very uncomfortable. I would not recommend at all. My neck hurt for two days.

This pillow is firm but soft. Doesn’t get flat and great for all sleepers. It has a memory foam feel and is worth the money. I was waking up with neck pain before I purchased this pillow and haven’t had any since I’ve started using it.

It starts cool, and then it warms and I am constantly trying to find a cool spot to sleep on. Flipping it over does help but seriously who wants to keep flipping all night. Also the fabric cover is slippery. It slips away and onto the floor.

I need a cool sleeping environment and this pillow fits the bill. The pillow stays pretty cool and is very comfortable due to the memory foam content.

This pillow is wonderful. It's small for a king size bed, but I don't care. It stays nice and cool and is very comfortable. It doesn't scrunch up or loose it's shape. In the summer I have to fight the cat to keep her off it.
